DJ Run 2024 7 Days of Focus

As part of DJ Run 2024, we’re excited to announce the 7 Days of Focus, a series of daily FREE fitness activities to encourage movement for mental health. Each day will feature a different physical activity, catering to all fitness levels, and offering participants an opportunity to come together for a shared cause: Raising awareness for mental health and suicide prevention.

While we have curated a diverse lineup of activities – ranging from HIIT and Boxing to Yoga and Meditation – these are just suggestions. We encourage you to participate in any form of movement that appeals to you, whether it’s walking, dancing, surfing, skating, or something entirely different. The goal is simply to get moving and raise awareness for mental health.

Below you will find the full itinerary for the week. All of these activities are FREE to join in person and online. Join us and be part of this inspiring journey to move for mental health!
