DJ Run is our annual running event. It is part of our campaign to create awareness of the importance of mental health and suicide prevention.
As of 2020 we are now hosting the run as a virtual event. To allow as many people as possible to participate while still adhering to COVID-19 restrictions.
At the heart of watch me rise is our passion for people. That is why we plan on regularly releasing blogs on various topics, giving anyone the tools they need to rise.
These blogs are in no way comprehensive, we will keep adding more over time. We, therefore, ask you as readers to please let us know what content you would like to see. So that we can prioritize those topics.

If you would like to get involved or support a worthwhile cause. We have two ways that you could.
